And don't forget to get plenty of exercise if you're not already doing so. Most important of all, see your doctor first, to find out where you're at, what you need to do, and how you should go about checking progress along the way. It's easier to clog arteries than to unclog arteries, and there are going to have to be some changes in habits to unclog them. It's a long-term process, but it can result in a longer, healthier, and more rewarding life.
